While I was on youtube I saw this pc build and I am asking if its good for light gaming?

I will be planning the games he was planning but not at high setting just medium.

If i was going to build this pc what parts should i change to make it better with the same budget?

Do you have a build under $350 that has 4 cores + dGPU and doesn't compromise on PSU or motherboard since cheap FM2+ motherboards are shit

Rebates. Relying on them slows down the PC building process quite a bit as you wait for your rebate card to be approved. I don't use them and your build is $380 without them. I also do not stand by that motherboard. But hey, what do I know

At the price point you're best option are used parts if you want the most performance. The 7970 goes for cheap now and munches though 1080. Grab a used one of those, this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-OptiPlex-390-Intel-i5-2400-3-10GHz-8GB-RAM-500GB-HDD-PC-Desktop-/222194287151?hash=item33bbcfc22f:g:FsAAAOSw0fhXkR64http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202151&cm_re=380-_-14-202-151-_-Product or 480 if you can find one in stock and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207037
