Average fan speed with Corsair watercoolers?

When I plug my Nf-f12's in my Corsairm H100i GTX splitters my fans run at full 2000 RPM and my temps are 31-33 Celsius. When I plugged my fans into my motherboard at kept them at full speed my temps read 99 Celsius in BIOS, CAM software and CoreTemp software. Only plugging one fan into the motherboard to adjust to 1000 rpm while the other ran at 2000 rpm off the Corsair splitter gave me the same temps I have when they're both on the splitters 31-33 Celsius.

I wanna know what are you're average non-load fan speeds/CPU temps with Corsair coolers?

Can you not adjust the RPM from Corsair Link?

Forgot to mention Corsair Link hasn't worked me since I built in January. Finally got motherboard USB splitters (works fine with case USB slots plugged in) but Corsair Link and my PC won't detect my cooler. I've tried un-installing/ re-installing it about 10 times in the last two weeks while trying the old version that used to work too. Contacted Corsair they said the problem was NZXT CAM software I have for my case LEDs but after I un-installed that and installed Link it still wasn't detected. everything plugged in right, I even tried plugged the micro USB from the pump into one of my case's USB slots using a USB to micro USB cable and still nothing. So my only options are full speed on splitters at 32 Celsius or BIOS control which always reads 99 Celsius no matter what the speed.

I would suggest a BIOS update, since that sounds like a sensor read error, tbh

But even with software like NZXT's CAM and CoreTemp also reading at the same temp of 99?

That might indicate either a bad mount or a faulty sensor. Unsure where CAM and CoreTemp get their info, but they might get the reading from the BIOS
