NEED HELP! PC Parts Guide

Hello My name is Jonathan and I have been looking for pc parts to build myself a custom pc. I am fairly new to pc building and I need some advice on what components to get (Price Range 500$). I usually play Arma3 on my family's pc and would like to get a PC for myself. With good performance if possible. Thanks!
