Oneplus rooting woes

Hello.

I recently decided to root my oneplus one. I unlocked the bootloader, and installed twrp. Adb push did nothing and when I tried to reboot my phone it stays on the cyanogen mod ready screen. I waited half an hour and I got nothing. I then did a factory reset from twrp, wiped the cache and did a system wipe. twrp is still there, but adb sideload doesn't work either, saying I need adb 1.0.32 to sideload, despite trying with 1.0.32 and 1.0.43. I don't care about rooting anymore, I just want my phone to boot
