Windows 10 installation with usb help

So ive been trying for a total of 14 hours to install windows 10 on my newly built pc, but it just wont install, been on the phone with microsoft and theysure as hell didnt help me. but hopefully one of you guy can, so i try to do the installaton with a usb drive but it keeps giving me an error saying that the EFI Partition needs to be in FAT32 format but its in NTFS. but the thing is, its NOT in NTFS it is in FAT32, and ive tried formatting it to FAT32 too but that didnt work either, then i tried to format the HDD to exFAT and that didnt work either, im getting relly frustrated, please someone help me

What MoBo do you have?
Cause i build a B150M chipset MoBo and i needed to make a bootable usb via another pc so i could get some drivers on the usb to start with..

Just tried to look for anything in the manual for your Mobo but i can't seem to find anything and i can't even find it on their site :/ so maybe you have to take the harddrive out and make a complete formation on another pc, i have only tried that once but it might just be "that"

but how doi format the hdd? i mean i have tried getting it in exFAT and NTFS, neither worked
