If you can test it with the sellers pc and it has warranty left. For the psu get a card that can run with 500w.

I think it should be fine with most cards, but best to check the card of your choice accordingly to prevent any potential mistakes. Esp the 10xx series, almost any of them is compatible with within 500W.

 

And like the above poster said, best to try it out first before making the purchase, and preferably with warranty left. TBH I personally dont dare to as I am not even sure how the card was treated prior to be "cleaned" and sold, so thats up to you really. Best to be sure though.
