Z170-A not posting(PLEASE HELP)

My new current build with the z170, rx480 samsung 850 evo250gb and 600w be quiet pure power 9 isnt posting.

All cables are connected, the fans spin at boot, it beeps once at starting,the gpu fan doesnt spin and its not displaying any image(mainboard vga and gpu doesnt displah anything)i tried resetting the cmos but nothing changed
