Idiot help once again

so I've just installed the Pure Rock CPU cooler, and the fan wasn't attached to it. I'm new to all of this, how do I attach the fan to the 'heat sink' (I think it's called :D)

I believe the Pure Rock has little metal brackets that attach the fan to the fins.

Thanks I can see these are the parts that are left for me to add. Seems a little confusing still - I've searched for YT videos can't find anything.

Does this look correct to you? I didn't use two silver clamps or whatever they look like (bottom right of pic). Does this matter?

...as long as the fan is secure it will work fine.  You can use tape if you want

 

..jk, don't use tape.
