the screen going into "sleep mode" and black screen(duh) and the pc is stiil working (physically not softwarly )

and can be in middle of game or just on desktop

can it be the monitors fault? have you tried a different one(maybe hook up to tv just to check)?

there is no sound and it disconnecting me from teamspeak..i cant even wake him up

its like crashing without a restart just black screen and the hardware is still runnig

I had similar issues once with a faulty RAM module. It would 'go to sleep' and just idle without any further response at all. Maybe try with one of the sticks pulled out, see what happens.

Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check for memory errors. Revert any overclocks applied by clearing the CMOS.

Check the SMART data of your Kingston SSD, assuming that's your boot drive. Maybe it's dying.

I doubt the SSD is at fault here, it doesn't have bad blocks or any other strange values. 

 

Next best thing I can think of is a flaky power supply, the VX550W is a bit older if I don't remember wrong and isn't one of the best out there.

 

Otherwise I suggest making a backup and starting from fresh on the software end.
