strix 7.1 Strix 7.1 problem

Well basically my audio station from Strix 7.1 headset don't always want to connect to my computer. The time that I need to waste trying to connect my audio station to my laptop increased from about 5 min to very long/ sometimes I just give up. I am sure that the cables work just fine and electricity goes through because my headset light up however my audio station doesn't. What I am always doing is to unplug my headphones from laptop and plug them in again and after doing that time and time again it will start working eventually, however like I said before it's time consuming plus the irritation is real. I am also using BELKIN USB Splitter and there wasn't any problems with it before. I have really no idea what happened and why my audio station doesn't work properly. Oh and messeage that comes up is that my computer doesn't recognise this input device, or something along these lines.
