I would buy used. Gumtree can have a bunch of useful options, even though they might not be exactly what you want.

For a client, they prefer 500$ including shipping nothing more and I've already noted them of labor charges as well. I'm going to think about the second option as that seems to fit well their budget, but the RAM speed does seem slow which might affect APU performance...

Is the client a friend? If your Client isn't a friend, get them to put down a 50% deposit (or higher) or get them to buy the parts instead. If your client is a friend, convince them to buy used. If you are not friends with the client, charge at least $50 for the assembly of the computer, remember if something fails the client will want to speak to you 1st and you will be the one to blame even if you are not at fault.
