AMD XMP Issue

you know, i have made many of thread for my laptop.

now i have seen many issues that many AMD processors cant accept xmp profiles. then tomorrow or next week i will buy a CORSAIR Vengeance Model CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9 kit 8GB (2x4GB). then i see the tech spec and then i realize that this ram use a xmp profile. is it ok?

Depends on the CPU you have.

That memory does not need XMP profile since its just a normal DDR3 speed.
Everything above 1866 requires you to enable XMP profile.

You should be fine unless the CPU only supports DDR3 1333Mhz

yes, my cpu only support ddr3 1333mhz

Then buy 1333 Mhz memory.

Your CPU will more likely bottleneck the system than the memory would so 1600 Mhz would be a waste of money

i cant find any 1333MHZ kit in my country
