Yep, it will fit in the versa with no problems, but you should wait for all the 970 class next-gen cards to come out and then get a new one (rx 480 or gtx 1060).

According to the website, the versa fits a graphics card max 315mm long, while the windforce 3x is 299mm or 297mm which is totally perfect :)
