Whitch is better RX 480 or GTX 1060 for video editing?

I'll be building a PC soon. I didn't buy a GPU yet but i'm not sure what to buy rx 480 or GTX 1060. Witch is better for gaming and video editing??

The GTX 1060 promises 980-par performance, but then again, so did the RX 480...

 

I'd wait until 1060 benchmarks are out. RX 480 comparisons are inevitable, so you'll get a much clearer picture then.

doesn't it render on the cpu? It really shouldn't matter which you get. If the editor is gpu accelerated then you go with either your software supports.
