Disable Intel HD Graphics with new GPU?

I have Intel HD Graphics but I want to install a new GPU, do I need to disable/delete the Intel HD Graphics Drivers before I install the new GPU?

 

GPU - MSI Radeon R7 250 2GB DDR3.

You do not need to delete/ explicitly disable anything. When you put the GPU in to the computer, and you plug your cable into the GPU, Windows will set it up with a default/generic driver. Then you can get the R7 250 driver and install it.
