i have some problems with my 750 ti when i play games my gpu loses its oc and even ist base speed its usualy @ 1440 mhz and the base is 1050 but when i run a game or something its @ 450 mhz this has never hapenned before even when i play star wars battlefront the gpu always works @ 1440 and i dont thinck that its a cpu bottleneck becaus it always worked fine

this are my specs 

intel core pentium g2030 @ 3.0 ghz

8gb ram ddr3

gigabyte gtx 750ti oc windforce edition 

psu crosair cx600 

motherboard gigabyte ga-h6-1m-s

I would just remove all my drivers and OC software and start over.  Install the latest drivers, then just get it to work without the OC again before messing with your clocks.  I would leave the idle clock alone since you should want your card to rest when it's not doing anything (it should be 400ish mhz on idle, then rev up in game).

Download and run DDU.

Just recommended this in another thread.  DDU is a lot more effective than just removing the drivers from programs or device manager.

I consider this an ancient Chinese secret tip. Power down your computer. Unplug it from the wall and open up your case and remove the graphics card for about 1 minute. Reseat the graphics card and power up your computer. Please report back if your OC and card is running at advertised speed afterwards.
