Best budget VA monitor?

I'm looking for a nice budget (preferably under $200) VA monitor that works well for gaming.  I recently purchased the HP 25xw, an IPS panel, and although the colors and gaming performance are great, the IPS glow is very noticeable (returning the monitor).  This seems to be the case with most IPS monitors, so I'm looking into VA.  I'd like to find something that I can get for under $200 that has a low enough response time that I don't experience ghosting.  

 

I know it seems like I'm asking for a lot on the budget that I have, but stuff like ghosting and glow, as well as tinted colors, are very noticeable to me.

I have, and never will have, any idea of what I'm doing.
