Possible AIO pump failure

Hi, my system has been running fine for months with no issues regarding temps or cooling. Yesterday, i noticed my 240mm radiator for my AIO (Zalman Rezerator Max 3 Dual) was quite dusty, so i decided to dismantle and clean it out. Whilst cleaning, i knocked out the two connectors. After re-installation, i noticed things running slowly, and pilled up AIDA64 to find that my CPU was at 91 Celcius, yet only cold air was being pushed out of the rad. The LED still light up on the pump and the fans still spin, but clearly no heat transfer is happening. The cpu_opt header on my motherboard has 4 pins, but the cable from the waterblock only has 3, could this make a difference? I should also mention that it is able to post into windows and i can access BIOS. Any help would be appreciated.

Specs:

CPU: i7 4790k,

GPU(s): 2x MSI 970s,

CPU Cooler:  Zalman Reserator Max 3 Dual,

RAM: 16gb HyperX Beast DDR3

PSU: Antec 750w

You probably just connected it wrongly. Try another fan header for ur pump.
