Need Help Thanks

Earlier i was playing a game on my computer and all of a sudden the screen went black. i figured it may of overheated so i waited awhile tried to turn it on nothing. The leds turn on for a fraction of second and the fans barely move but the gpu and motherboard lights are on. My current thoughts are i either fried the motherboard or cpu but im not sure if anyone has any insight to my problems i strongly welcome it. Thanks

My pc specs are:
3770 (non k)
p8 z77 vlk mb
and an asus 760 direct cu II
a cooler master psu (not sure what one)
