Well i am going to make this short, and to the Point. I am looking to get a 144hz BenQ monitor for Cs:Go which is better in your guy's Opinion.

I have the XL2411Z and love it. You wont be disappointed.

XL2430T is bettr in colour reproduction (probably only difference really).  That might not matter for CSGO only but for other games it is more important.
