I am planning a PC for me friend as a first time PC gamer. As such we would need all the peripherals included in the price, this is what i figured out.

The Reason Why I Choose A Non-Ref RX 480 Is Because Of The Power Draw Issue And We Don't Want To Risk It

No not from the software swap since Windows 10 is the last windows so we might as well get the Retail

You can buy a reference 480 that mother board can handle it!

It seems pretty good, although I need to warn you that the case you are going for (Spec 01) isn't the greatest for the price. It won't support large radiators if you want to upgrade your CPU cooling in the future. Another thing is cable management. It's very limited, you can't do much really. It could be a problem. I know about all of that because I wanted to buy that case as well, but some research made me go for the NZXT S340. It's a really great case. It's not a lot more expensive and it has all the features you'd ever need with cool minimalistic design (If you're into that).
