Can you try using a another monitor? It can but a monitor issue.

unfortunately this is my only monitor i have. altho it seems restarting my pc fixes the issue so theres that. using a 1080 FE with 368.39 drivers and it did this before i overclocked so i know its not that. and i also dont have any ways of forcing it to occur it just happens randomly where those lines shoot accross my screen whenever i scroll or open a program until i restart pc. i had to use my phone to even capture the image as print screen wouldnt capture it

I get same artifacts when overclock to much my 7650m's memory, Lots of lines.... Try connecting your monitor to integrated graphics see what happens

CPU: Intel Core i5 3210M 2.5Ghz

RAM: 8Gigs Hynix HMT DDR3-1600

GPU: AMD Radeon 7650M 2G (OC, from stock 500Mhz to 570-590Mhz)

Kingston SSDNow UV400 240gb

Standart 1366x768 16:9 Built in display

Mouse: Acme MA06 (it is cheap, but in games like GTA V Online, shooting is such good pleasure to own everybody!  )

And 40370mwh battery for outside fun

Have another GPU or at least a TV to try on?

Another thought - Overclocking Damage :/

it was doing this before I even overclocked and it is my only gpu and as i have said many times I can't reproduce it on command it is very random and can go days without it happening
