Things are more expencive in Europe I think... Saving that 200 euro for the RX480 won't be enough.

This is build I threw together in 3 mins seems like it would be a good fit. Although, you could probably get an Rx 480 instead of the GTX 970 and a later on upgrade storage or RAM.
