Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler

CeremonialSnips

I'm looking at picking up a
Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler

for 69.99 CAD (which I think is a good deal)
http://www.ncix.com/detail/phanteks-ph-tc14pe-bk-black-dual-tower-a0-73200.htm?affiliateid=7474144

When comparing it to other high end air coolers will there really be a difference?  The comparable Noctua is 109 CAD, so quite a sizeable price difference.... Price/Performance, will the Phanteks win?

Just looking for some input from people who have experience with this cooler, as I really don't like going by sponsored youtuber opinions.

Did it meet your expectations for Air Cooling?

Did you get acceptable OC/Temp? ( I know OC depends on CPU, but you know what I mean)

It's a good deal at 70 CAD and is similar to the NH-D14.

It's one of the top performers when it comes to air coolers and is also quiet with the right fan settings.
