Fps Drops in all Games?!?

Hi there I have been having a few problems in games such as CS:GO, GTAV, Battle Field 3 and H1Z1.

 

For Example the main game I play is CS:GO I get a average of 150 FPS on maxed out setting which I do not mind but after about 10 mins of game play I see that it drops down to 40 fps to 50 fps then after 5 to 10 seconds it goes back to normal frame rate then happens every 15 seconds.

 

My Gpu Temps when playing CS are around the 55 to 60 Range 

 

My setup

AMD FX 6300

R7 370x XFX 2GB

8GB DDR3 Hyper x 1866mhz Ram

Some mediocre Motherboard

450 Watt PSU 80+bronze certified Corsair

 

Can anyone help me this is driving me Crazy o.0

It sounds like your CPU is temperature throttling. An FX-6300 should be able to handle CS:GO, so I'd suggest you check that the CPU cooler is free of dust and that the fan is working. (While you're at it, clean the dust out of everything and make sure all fans are working.)
