Hi there! So I have a little problem and I would like to someone help me out. So basically the problem is associated with my gaming mouse (Mouse name is Luom G10). I had the mouse for about two months when it suddenly, after PC restart, stoped working. I tried reinstalling gaming drivers that was in the box but it still displays 'the system did not detect the gaming mouse'. Same thing happens when I plug it into my laptop. Also the red laser that is underneath the mouse is still working. Can someone help me out?
Any help would be greately appreciated!

First thing to do is try it on another computer.

Sounds like its bust, ifs its not working on either computer. You say it displays 'the system did not detect the gaming mouse'? Odd message to receive, but also this implys that it detects something when you plug the mouse in to display this message

Everytime you plug in a usb device the software confirms for you that its not the gaming mouse? Amusing. Honestly if it does not work on either machine its hard to believe its a driver problem, most likely its broken. Consumer rights in most places in the world will mean you will be able to send it back and get a new one as its only been 2 months, so do that
