And is this a budget build? Are getting an expensive CPU and cheap gpu untill you get enough for a 1080? Can you add like 100$ more to your budget?

you really dont need a gtx 1080 its overkill unless you're busting out a 4k monitor so you should go with the 1070

750W is overkill. I would say 550 is enough already. My suggestion will be seasonic G 550w. Even with 1080 550W gold should be fine, given you wont overclock.
