Does Sennheiser PC 363D woth it?

At that price, I think its pretty good. I actually have it in my collection.

It is basically the same thing as Sennheiser G4ME One, and it comes with a USB Sound Card.

For sound, its decent and it is perfectly fine for gaming. Though, if you do have high end headphone, you will want to designate this headset solely for competitive "must-voice-chat" games, as it is no where near any of the higher end devices.

It has Sennheiser like sound signature despite being a gaming headset, but this also means that if you enjoy emphasized bass, its going to disappoint you. If not, its good for general use and it is quite good for things other than gaming (as long as you don't have any other higher end headphones).

Mic is probably one of the better mics (if not the best one I have used) amongst the headsets. It is, again, nowhere close to having a full high end desktop mic setup, but you get a hassle free mic that works with any forms of voice comm methods (especially voice activation).
