It looks like my RAM is making my CPU temp go higher by 10C at least, there is a compatibility issue between the memory and the Motherboard. Currently the memory runs @ 2400MHz - 1.5v. Would it be OK to alter the voltage manually and make it 1.35v? and keep same memory speed? My ram's clock speed is 3GHz but running at 2.4GHz

Shall I go ahead and reduce the voltage or would that be not safe?

you can try, you might find that you are not stable with less voltage.

no harm should be done, it just will crash or blue screen.
