The budget is 1000 canadian dollar. It's for replacing my 8 year old laptop. ( it was a good pal.) I also need a monitor with it.
I will mostly use pc to surf the web and play games like Overwatch, Robocraft and games that gonna come out later like Mighty No.9 and Titanfall 2.Probably looking at near max out 1080p or high 1440p.
For the gpu, I have around 300$ for it. (I am looking at an aftermarket RX 480 or whatever fits the budget with good performance.)
I also need a wifi card since I don't have any LAN port in my room.
You can take in account BCLK OC I don't might overclocking. Or you can take away it if it means to save some cash.
I might need a mobo with good audio support since I have a decent pair of IEM (Audio-Technica IM70). If not, you can add a sound card into the list or a DAC.

This is a partlist that I assemble so far:http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/QFKqsJ

Thanks for the help guys! I 'm really stuck. :(

So far looks good, for the GPU i'd recomend a 750ti, or for more future proofing an 950 or 960.

Changed a few (a lot) of parts around. Add an aftermarket Rx 480 from XFX, Sapphire, or MSI when you are ready to get one.

If you want 16Gb of RAM (2x*GB kit), you will need to get rid of that SSD.

The monitor has AMD Free-sync features so an AMD card would utilize this.

Had to fit in monitor in budget

Changed a few (a lot) of parts around. That SSD is cheap and good (not as good as the 850 EVO). Add an aftermarket Rx 480 from XFX (my favorite), Sapphire, or MSI when you are ready.

there's a section called 'markup' on the right side of the permalink, you can press [bb] or T and copy/paste it.

A few notes on your list:

Also, you went $200 over his budget.

that CXM is a good unit, 5 year warranty with upgraded capacitators, fine for this build. that toshiba is just fine, i've recommended it for months and you're the only person who has ever complained about it.

The toshiba one is ok. I think it'll get the job done.

You changed the budget from $800 to $1000 ( I didn't see the $1000) when I made my first list. Anyways, here is a better list with 16GB of RAM, a MUCH nicer case, and a larger SSD. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/d4hzyf

Upon further research, I learned Toshiba dives are not terrible (I just had experience with a 2.5" HDD). The CXM unit is not as good as the GS and G2 models.
