iGPU Overclocking weirdness

So I've overclocked my CPU, dGPU and my RAM and so I decided to OC my iGPU just for the hell of it and I ran into something a little bit strange. When I was running Kombustor tessellated sphere stability test I found that running with no AA or 8x MSAA gave me a smooth 60fps but running with 2x or 4x MSAA gave me half the framerate. 8x was working to i could tell it was definitely on. GPU usage was also the same everything seemed fine except the FPS was about half.
