Need help finding some parental control software.

Hello everyone. I need help finding some free parental control software. To control the allowed screentime specifically. I need it for my little brother,I built him a gaming pc not long ago and he's like glued to it. Point is I want him to do other things also. I'm running windows 10 on his PC and tried running the integrated parental control features but they don't always work. Any tips?

circuit breaker in the house? unplug the lan cable or router. or just add parantal controls settings in your router.

add a password to the pc. my parents used to do that to me when i was glued to my computer. i still am though but im now like the family IT guy so they dont restrict me anymore
