Which one should I get?

I can only get one of these (and I don't own any phone, PS Vita or a new GPU)

Should I get:

PS VITA

GTX 960 (For my second PC)

Phone below 200us

well i don't know but you can read up some reviews and comparisons between phones. note: i only have experience with Nokia lumia phones

If you haven't had a phone for some time, it looks to me like you don't need one. So scrap that of your list.
