It does, but I would upgrade the GPU. To a 700 or 900 series.

The 770 is more of a side-grade than an upgrade, your build is fine and will do well for 1080p. You might want to invest a little more into a power supply and you seem to be getting a pretty bad deal for the ram but otherwise it's good as far as I can tell.
