Is this a good PC setup for gaming and a nice experience at 1080p high settings? (CSGO,Dying Light,GTA 5,State of Decay,Just Cause

It does, but I would upgrade the GPU. To a 700 or 900 series.

Well i really dont think the 700 or 900 series is worth it where i live since a gtx 960 which is pretty much a GTX 680 rip off has less vram and costs $250 USED

The only upgrade is consider worth something is to a GTX 770 but that card is $220 so i think the GTX 680 is the best i can do

The 770 is more of a side-grade than an upgrade, your build is fine and will do well for 1080p. You might want to invest a little more into a power supply and you seem to be getting a pretty bad deal for the ram but otherwise it's good as far as I can tell.

I dont live in Murica so i cant afford so much + thats the cheapest 8gig kit there is i know in the us 8gigs is $35 but where i live its $45
