What might cause this issue

Question: what might be the problem if you are looking at a web page that you know is safe and both your CPU and Disk usage are maxed out. (* this is with a 2 core CPU and no graphics card *)

Are you sure the browser is the culprit?

 

Also 100% disk usage is misleading. It just means the disk queue is full.

well I will put it like this I know it is now downloading a virus or anything because I have had this problem and immediately ran every anti Virus/malware program I have and they all come back clean. I origionaly thought it might be the add on the page but I don't know why that would use up the CPU and the Disk
