Cities Skylines and Shadow of Mordor Input crash

So, I have this odd issue. Cities Skylines crashes on me every time I either move my mouse or I click anything on my keyboard. It's odd, as I have removed all the mods from the addons folder. Now, here is where it gets stranger, for some reason Shadow of Mordor does the same, except only when I click any key on my keyboard. It crashes almost Immediately. I can move my mouse however. Any Ideas? 

My specs are as follows:

Windows 10

16GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM

Intel core i5 4460

GTX 960 XLR8 4GB VRAM

Razer Ouroboros 

Steelseries APEX RAW keyboard.
