SSD defect/ Mainboard defect? WTF?

So hey guys,

it's me again, and I need your help. I bought a new SSD (Samsung EVO 500GB) Installed everything on the SSD and so on, but sometimes my Mainboard doesn't detect the SSD, and freezes afterwards in BIOS when seeing what it could have been. (while freezing I can see the HDD is labeled with Question Marks but I will send photos for clearance)

Is my Mainboard defect? Is it my SSD? I checked with some tools, and the SSD seems to be fine (showing good health).

If it is freezing in your BiOS then it is most definitely not your SSD. I would try flashing your BiOS to the most updated from MSI's website and see if that helps. If not, then it sounds like you have a bad board.

Also to note, some of the higher MSI boards have dual BiOS, if you have that, then try switching to your other BiOS and see if it happens there as well.

Ok so.. I didn`t work. Still getting freezes in BIOS and my SSD sometimes doesn`t properly gets detected. What to do.. I spent 12+ hours on this crap..
