H110iGT Probs?

I its been like 1 year since I made this PC and I have corsair h110igt cooling  I of it to 4.4GHZ but the problem is before when I boughty idle temps use to be 21C and high would be 45 but recently I don't know what happend to it the temps with nothing is gooimg more than 55C and stress test males it go like 100C easily.. And I installed corsair link when ever PC boots up with corsair link a small message comes every time to restart the PCor cancle it of I press cancle it keeps on coming some one please help me out here arey PC specs:

 

Intel 4690K

MSI H97 Gamingb3 MOBO

8GB Kingston ram

MSI gtx 970 GPU

120 GB Samsung evo SD 

500GB Seagate HDD

650Watts Thermal take PSU

 

Please help me out.

Check to make sure the rad isn't gunked up with dust which can really affect temps.
