Korean Monitors

I currently reside in Korea for multiple reasons, and I heard from Tek Syndicate that Korean monitors really give a good bang for the buck, and I plan on purchasing them. What's your experience? If you've used a 4k/1440p monitor from Korean manufacturers before, leave your experience, and your review below.  And recommendations are appreciated.

The X-Star DP2710 was quite good for the price 3 years ago, for only $290. That's still good, but you can get the same from a company that will actually have a warranty nowadays.

The panels are good since most of them are from Samsung/LG albeit rejected ones, the build quality however leaves something to be desired.
