Hello everyone,My name is Alex I'm from Romania and I would like some help with building the cheapest PC possible, that will be able to run games like The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 at 50 - 60 fps; medium settings, at 1080p.

- It does not matter if the vendors you find don't ship to Romania, there are companies that will sell/rent PO boxes and then ship to another address all over the world.

- I doesn't matter if it's an AMD or Intel build.

- The PC should have a CPU with at least 4 or more cores and at least 8Gb or RAM.

Thanks a mil for all your help!

P.S. I'm asking for help because I'm aware that there might be lots of vendors I don't know about and also because with the help of some friends I discovered that some of the big vendors filter results based on IP therefore some of my friends were able to find some products that were not listed when I tried to search for them and I could only access the products if my friends sent me a link to those specific products that they were able to find with no problem.

P.P.S. I'm new here and I want to apologize in advance if I posted this topic in the wrong section of the forum. If so, please feel free to delete or move this topic where it should be.

Can you get stuff from eBay? If you can, a used HD 7970 should do you justice in most games at 1080p. They are approx. 70-90 dollars used w/o shipping. Just get any CPU from Intel that's at least quad core, or any 6 core cpu from AMD. Or you could opt for the E5-2670, which will give you great DX12/Vulkan perf. They're about 60-70 dollars used.
