You cannot RAID USB drives in windows, it's impossible. Windows simply won't let you do it (I have tried many other times before). Mac will let you do it and linux will RAID USB drives with some special command-line tricks, but windows will not let you RAID USB flash drives at all. Unless you want to switch to Linux you are just SOL.
