Open task manager and see if the installer program has any hdd or CPU activity going on. If not, you probably may have to restart the install :(

right click and there is an option fir "hold que" I forget where but it will show you if there is anything the process is waiting for.

most likely it failed due to not loading correctly after sleep.

Sooooo yeah this happened...i was installing something on my laptop and i closed the laptop itself before the instalation finished...it takes a long time to instal this program and i dont want to restart the whole instalation...oh i forgot to state the problem the instaltion is now stopped at 77%...is there anyway to unstop...the instalation bar is still  animated but its not moving !

If you have stunted the automatic process that in its code requires the last action or file to be copied or initialised before the next one will follow... and it didn't get a chance to do that then yeah you are going to have to restart the installation and this is usually what happens on accidental pauses like this. I have done it myself several times!

A bit of hassle yes but always better to have a clean installation than a dubious one :P

Peace! xD

Do you mean 'analyse wait chain'? I never knew that existed - that's useful :oO.o
