I've got a friend that wants to get a low/mid-range PC and I'm trying to help him get a build put together for around 500 to 560 to be mainly used for gaming.

I've got a PC part picker list of stuff I put together right here http://pcpartpicker.com/user/NohbdyKnowsMe/saved/FhywrH

This is USD and he really wants intel/Nvidia,

All he needs is a CPU, GPU, MOBO, PSU and ram (I've got a case and HDD he can have and he has peripherals already)

I'm the Forum Owl

How about a 4 GB 380x instead of a 2 GB 960?

i7 4790k | MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition | G.Skill Ripjaws X 16 GB | Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB | 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB | MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V | Fractal Design R4 | EVGA 650W

A gaming PC for your budget: $800 - $1000 - $1500 - $1800 - $2600 - $9001
