Interference even with external USB DAC

Hi guys

I was just wondering if you would have any solutions to this.

I have recently purchased a Topping NX2 to solve a few audio issues I have been having with my devices. First of all is with my desktop and interference because I use a old Integrated amplifier to power speakers as well as my headphones (HD 598). It was working and sounded quite nice until my PSU died, I replaced the PSU with a EVGA 750 G2 and now I am getting a lot of interference especially when gaming/putting a lot of stress on the GPU. I have tried different USB ports and the same interference happens when the amp is just plugged in via analouge too.

I'm stumped and I'm thinking it could maybe be a weird 5V problem?

Any thoughts?

Thanks

it's most likely noise induced by the PSU

do you have possibility to connect the DAC via TOS Link?

if not, try a different PSU

I don't have a toslink DAC no, don't exactly have a spare PSU either.
