Pc Build <2000 Euros

hello people 

I game for almost two years on a computer and it 's time I go buy a new one. I've done a lot of research for a new gaming computer, but I can not get out.i live in the netherlands and we have no pc stores closeby. I often was advised to wait for the gtx 1080. but I have often say that the 980 is good enough for my game selection. I play a lot csgo at max settings and i like to play minecraft white mods. my budget is 2000 euros. i dont need anny peripherals. and i hope that you people want to help me thanks allot and see you later

(ps i disslike waterkooling and sorry if my english is not so good)

-Where in Europe do you live?

-What stores or websites can you buy from?

-Do you need peripherals or an OS?

-Do you do anything besides gaming?
