Debugger in motherboard showing error code "9C". Have I messed up something?

Is this a new build, or has it been working before and now it isn't working anymore?

Setup has been working fine since last 6 months. Also I did a keyword "9C" search in product manual provided by you. Didn't find anything.

I found a way through it. To boot windows 8 i have to remove my usb keyboard every time. As soon as i remove usb keyboard, windows boot normally.
