keyboard universal remote?

hey guys, anyone lurking around here able to help me out? Im looking for a keyboard that has a sort of section that act's as a universal infrared remote i thought the idea would be great to implement into certain media keyboards i would love to have one on my keyboard as i could control my surround sound and my tv which is also one of my monitors it would be cool if there was some sort of a keyboard that had this,

Not really full featured keyboards, but these are meant for TVs. Most media KBs are meant for media center PCs.

yeah these are just keyboards but i want a keyboard with infrared control built into it like a universal remote, infrared controls so much these days, i mean imagine having your house light's with infrared switches on them, your tv and your surround sound system and with a push of a button you could turn anyone you choose on
