Hey guys, so here is my problem.

When I press down the shift or the ctrl key, it remains pressed down. When I type though Presiing shift makes next letter capital but then it resets again.

When I press Ctrl + mouse wheel to zoom on web pages, I have to press it then again, because the scrool wheel keeps zooming in and out even when ctrl is not pressed.

I tried different keyboards and different USB ports and the result is always the same.

I really dont know what to do anymore. I updated all known drivers and even flashed BIOS to the newest version.

Please help if you know what to do.

PC specs:

Mobo: ASUS B85-Pro Gamer

CPU: Intel 4770

GPU: Nvidia GTX 970

I have literally never heard of a sticky key. What is it?

it does what you just described, if im not mistaken

it's meant to allow people to use keyboard with just pressing one key at a time

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Ok, I'll try to find out. Thanks for the tip.

it should be in control panel -> Ease of access -> (under Ease of access centre) Change how your keyboard works

in there you will find the settings

OH MY GOD it worked! You are a savior! Thank you!

you might've enabled it when you press shift for 5 times

you can disable the shortcut in the settings too

i disabled mine because it's annoying :P

Well when it first popped out I did say I donť want this feature. But apparently it turned on somehow.
