I been having audio stutter/cpu spike problems while watching videos (usually)

Looked at the task manager and saw that it was chrome.exe (while watching a video) was spiking the CPU

LatencyMon is telling me that ndis.sys is having high latency

and also Highest hard pagefault resolution time ?

How do I fix this, installing the original Network Driver driver from the manufacture won't let me install since they're only for Win7 and there's no drivers for Win10

Says I have 802.11n Wireless LAN Card, drivers from MediaTek (I'm on Wifi)
