Hi. I just started my first gaming rig. A while back I bought a 400w psu from evga. It worked great with another system I had, but when i moved it to my new board, (Gigabyte 970A-DS3P) The psu makes a constant ticking noise. After 50 or so of these ticks, the system shuts down. It does not boot or get to bios at all. I was wondering if its a motherboard or psu problem. Thanks!
